Allison Mack’s Directorial Debut — Clark finds Tess in Lana’s ransacked apartment and realizes Lana is missing. Tess tells him Lex is still alive and may have kidnapped Lana and finally reveals the truth about what happened to Lana after she awoke from her Brainiac-induced coma. Meanwhile, Tess breaks into a secret LuthorCorp facility and is shocked at what she discovers.
Smallville has got two more episodes left before another 4 weeks off and this one’s a big deal; not only do we find out more about Lana’s mysterious disappearance from season seven, it’s also the directorial debut of another Smallville cast member, Allison Mack! As far as press goes, there’s a director’s cut and a trailer to the episode.

Counting down to the 1st episode of SHoE, here’s #13, entitled “Superstitious”.
This week we have a couple of spoilers, but we decided to dedicate most of the show to “Mercy Reef,” the Aquaman pilot. Listen to our possible new theme song, and Graham comes in late.

Clark discovers John Jones was shot while working as a police officer, so Clark dons the uniform and goes undercover to find the culprit. Meanwhile, Lana confronts Tess and tells her Lex isn’t the man she thinks he is. Lana’s shocking news forces Tess to reevaluate her position as the head of Luthorcorp.
Smallville is back in full swing for the next few weeks, and this episode specifically will fuel some story lines for the next several episodes. As far as press goes, there’s a director’s cut featuring some and we’ve also some clips from the episode available here, here, here, and here.

This Week On SHoE - Smallville returns with a glimpse to the future, as the Legion of Superheroes visits town! SHoE is ready to kick off 2009 with the second half of season 8, and “Legion” was a great way to start.
